Not only it is easier to cook and bake in a clean kitchen, but clean surfaces and storage containers will keep your family healthier and safer. Even though our kitchen are durable and built to last, maintaining and cleaning your kitchen periodically will keep your kitchen look brand new.

SUNRAY Solid Surface products will provide years of service with simple care. For ordinary cleaning, use a damp cloth and household detergent. Stain should be removed using a mild cleanser such as Pine-sol broad spectrum formula. More stubborn stains may be removed by rubbing gently with a Scotch-Brite brand scourpad or Scotch-Brite brand #7447 pads. More severe damage, nicks or scratches may be removed by carefully sanding the area with fine abrasive sandpaper, then finishing with Scotch-Brite brand #7447 pads to restore the finish. Very severe damage can be repaired using SUNRAY seaming compound and is best done by trained fabricator or dealer.

Natural Outlook
SUNRAY is grouped into two collections which vary from solid to natural stone, each of the collection comes in the standard dimension of 3000 x 800 x 8 mm and 3000 x 800 x 12 mm. It appears exactly like a natural stone but weighs only less than half the weight, therefore it can save the cost of freight and handling. This is why many have seen SUNRAY solid surface as a perfect material to substitute the use of natural stone.

Resistant
SUNRAY has proved itself to be a remarkably durable material. It cannot delaminate and stands up well to daily wear and tear. It resists most of the impacts, nicks and cuts that occur in heavy traffic areas. Sunray has been tested for its durability based on ANSI/NEMA Standards Publication - Ld3 - 1995 and ASTM test method.

Hygienic
SUNRAY is a non-porous material. It is solid through its entire thickness and can be fabricated with inconspicuous seams, rendering its surface hygienic. SUNRAY surfaces do not support the growth of bacteria or fungi.

Non-toxic
SUNRAY is an inert and non-toxic material. Under normal temperature conditions, it does not emit gases. When burned, it releases mainly Carbon Oxides and the smoke generated is optically light and does not contain toxic halogenated gases. Because of these properties, SUNRAY is used in private areas such as homes and public areas such as counters, work surfaces in hospitals and hotels.

Solid Surface is non-porous and solid throughout the entire material, making it impossible for germs, bacteria and odor to penetrate; resulting in a very hygienic countertop for your everyday kitchen use.
